Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
Conditions:

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send us a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or post).

The goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and preferably in the original packaging.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

We will reimburse the purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same means of payment as the customer used for the original transaction.
Exclusions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Custom-made or personalized items are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
