20127 Xeramic® Diesel Fuel System Cleaner – Professional Cleaning and Protection

The 20127 Xeramic® Diesel Fuel System Cleaner is a fuel system cleaning additive developed for professionals, effectively removing deposits and contamination from the fuel system.

Key Benefits:

• Reduces the water-absorbing properties of biodiesel, thereby minimizing corrosion
• Enhances lubrication, protecting the fuel pump and injection system
• Increases cetane number by 5 points, improving combustion efficiency and performance

Recommended Use for Heavily Contaminated Diesel Engines:

If the engine has difficulty starting, runs rough, or emits black smoke on acceleration, it is recommended to perform a direct fuel system flush:

1. Bypassing the fuel tank, directly connecting the cleaner to the fuel supply system
2. Adding it to a minimal amount of fuel in the tank, and flushing the injection system

After running the engine with the cleaner, significant improvements in engine performance are observed. The effect can be further enhanced by recalibrating the injector corrections.

Usage Methods:

1. Connected directly to the fuel intake system, bypassing the fuel tank for a complete system flush
2. Added to a minimal amount of fuel (max. 1/4 tank) and driven for at least 50 km before refueling
