20318 Xeramic® Complete Engine Conditioner Spray
The 20318 Xeramic® Complete Engine Conditioner Spray is an essential tool for any modern service workshop.
In today’s engines, part of the exhaust gases is recirculated into the combustion chamber to meet emission standards.
The bio-components in modern fuels, combined with frequent low-speed and short-distance driving, significantly increase carbon buildup, reducing engine lifespan.
To prevent this, it is recommended to use Xeramic® Complete Engine Conditioner Spray before every oil change, effectively reducing harmful carbon deposits in the combustion chamber, intake, and exhaust system.
Benefits of Using Xeramic® Complete Engine Conditioner
- Prevents excessive oil consumption.
- Increases engine compression and improves catalytic converter efficiency.
- Enhances cold starts and throttle response.
- Improves idle stability.
- Reduces HC emissions by 35-45% within minutes.
- A cleaner engine means better compression, which, when combined with an oil change, extends engine life and lowers maintenance costs.
Application Methods
1. Full engine carbon cleaning via the throttle body
- Application: Spray the product into the running, warm engine at elevated RPMs in two stages.
- Intervals: Wait 30 minutes with the engine off between sprays and at the end.
- Post-treatment: Restart the engine and vary the throttle between 1500-5500 RPM until the white smoke disappears.
- Final step: A short test drive and an oil change are required.
2. Combustion chamber and piston ring groove cleaning via the spark plug hole
- Application: Spray the product into the combustion chamber through the spark plug hole, in two stages.
- Intervals: Wait 30 minutes with the engine off between sprays and at the end.
- Post-treatment: Restart the engine and gradually increase RPM between 1500-5500 RPM until the white smoke disappears.
- Final step: A short test drive and an oil change are required.
3. Catalytic converter cleaning via the O2 sensor
4. Direct cleaning of Turbo VGT, EGR, throttle body, and removed injectors
5. Cylinder head carbon deposit cleaning when the intake manifold is removed
Important Warnings
❗ Do not spray on the mass air flow sensor (MAF)!
❗ After using it in the combustion chamber, an oil and filter change is required!
